Refunds
For a refund, please include the invoice you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for return. Goods must be returned within 3 weeks unworn and unwashed with all labels/tags attached. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) or hold a credit against your membership for future purchases.
Exchanges
There are now 2 options available.
- There is a $5.00 return fee for all exchanges, therefore if you would like to exchange either size, style or colour, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements and include $5.00 for Australia (cheque/money order or credit card details) or $8.00 for New Zealand (credit card only) for re delivery.
- You are welcome to exchange or return your order in person at any of our Peter Alexander retail stores, (excluding DFO's) provided you have the original receipt and credit card used for the purchase. (Free of charge of course!)
The returns and exchanges conditions as stated above also apply to our stores. Please do not re-use our courier bag. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are included. Comments would be appreciated. We cannot accept any pre paid satchels, envelopes or stamps for redelivery purpose.
Refunding Cheques?
All refunds can be held in credit against your membership for future purchases if requested. On occasion we may owe you an amount which is $5.00 or less in total. Our policy is to hold this amount and to deduct it from your next order. You may request a refund cheque for the amount owing at any time by calling customer service on 1300 137 715.
